We offer a variety of floral products, including floral design, editorial florals, and event design. Additionally, we provide gifting items and accessories such as cards and balloons (coming soon).
Is there a discount code I can use for online purchases?
Certainly! We're excited to offer a 10% discount code for newsletter subscribers on their first online order.
ORDERING
What happens after I place an order?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order is ready to be picked up or delivered, you will receive a second notification with further details.
Can I make a change to my order?
Yes, changes can be made within one hour of placing your order. After that time, we are unable to modify orders as they are prepared for delivery.
Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be provided?
Not always. Occasionally, we may substitute a flower based on factors like seasonal availability, aesthetics, and overall quality. We promise to deliver a product we're proud of.
Will my flowers be left if no one is home?
Yes, while we prefer someone to be present, if there's a safe space, we will leave your order to accommodate time constraints and notify the recipient of the delivery.
Will you contact the recipient?
If necessary, we will contact the recipient. This is typically done if a product is unavailable and we need to discuss alternative options.
How can I determine the status of my order?
You should receive a confirmation email that will serve as your order status update.
LOCAL PICKUP & DELIVERY
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver within a 30-minute radius of London, ON, covering North, South, East, and West directions.
How are delivery charges determined?
Delivery charges are determined based on fuel costs, vehicle mileage, and lease expenses.
Are you able to deliver a floral arrangement to a funeral?
Unfortunately we are not able to offer floral delivery to funerals at this time.
Is local pickup available for orders purchased online?
Yes, we do offer local pickup for online orders in London, ON.
Can I get same-day delivery?
Unfortunately, same-day delivery is not available. We source our products locally, ensuring the freshest selections from our warehouse in Ontario.
